The philosophy of dancing life

Teachers, preachers, and those who teach and solve puzzles. What the teacher imparts is a skill that unravels the students' confusion about life and beliefs. This is the teacher's creed. The protagonist Pierre (Banderas) in "Take the Lead" is such a good teacher who inspires students with his professional skills and sincere heart. A special point is that he is a ballroom dance teacher, and the students he faces are all "bad boys" who are deeply influenced by hip-hop street culture and want to make a living.
The plot belongs to old bottles of new wine. After several "head-to-head confrontations" with the students, Pierre, who is persuasive, slowly finds a way to communicate with these students who are considered "bad boys". After twists and turns, they re-established a self-esteem and confidence in life. For example, "Dead Poets Society" and "Spring in the Cattle Class" are all successful films in terms of theme and style. But "Take the Lead" also found a very new angle - dance. Tango, foxtrot, rumba, and waltz are all representatives of elegance and nobility. In Pierre's view, this is a serious and serious attitude. Hip-hop music is a symbol of freedom of belief. Dancing to the rhythm is a way to express yourself and a release. Both represent exactly the cultures of two generations. Pierre co-created a new dance style as he got to know his students gradually. As a teacher, he is amazing. After all, dancing is not only a means of earning a living for him, but also integrated into his attitude towards life. And he taught his students the belief in self-confidence, respect for others, teamwork, and perseverance in the face of the turbulent world from dancing.
Of course, if you only look at the visual effects, you must not miss the two dances in the movie.
The first paragraph is that in order to attract the attention of the students, Pierre specially invited professional dancer Morgan to perform tango with him in front of those students who knew nothing about modern dance. Banderas is a female dancer who can sing and dance with charm. This Sexy Tango makes students who are addicted to hip-hop music instantly fascinated by this dance. I believe the viewers who have seen it will have a profound impact on it. Of course this is also thanks to the excellent photography and editing. Make the picture very bright and smooth, as full of passion as the music.
The second segment is in the final ballroom dance competition, where three Pierre students who were originally in a triangular relationship performed a dance. This section is different from traditional tango, incorporating elements of hip-hop to make it feel familiar but somewhat special.
Overall, this movie can be seen as a youth aspirational movie. Very positive meaning. Visual effects and entertainment are good. Banderas' performance seems to feel a little better than Zorro 2. When he plays those deep and connotative roles, he can always see those eyes with deep wisdom and some habitual little movements. It makes me feel like he's still the cool killer.
