sci-fi religious film

It is true to say that GALACTICA is science fiction, but from the details, this drama is not a science fiction film, it can be regarded as a soft science fiction at most. I think it's more appropriate to call it a stand-up TV series.
People can already travel in time and space but cannot treat cancer. When the captain is shot, he needs surgery to save his life. The firearms and battlefield rescue items are all based on related technologies in modern society, or in other words, they are technologies that exist in modern society at all. . Where is the pen and ink, it lies in the discussion of human nature, in the tribute to religion.
GALACTICA is a good show, at least the interlocking plot can be fascinating.
If you want to see a hardcore sci-fi movie then GALACTICA is not for you. But if you want to see a drama with a tight plot and full of doubts, if you want to see a film with a profound reflection on human nature, or if you are a person who is interested in religion, then GALACTICA strongly recommends it to you.
Just for the fierce shooting scene in the film, the magnificent and real aerial combat scenes, GALACTICA is worth watching.

  • Doctor Gaius Baltar: [Baltar has a two-way argument with Roslin and Number Six at the same time] Well, quite frankly, I don't give a flying frak whether you believe me or not, all right? Because I've had it, I am... I'm tired of being pushed and prodded around like I'm some kind of toy. I'm not your plaything!

Number SixPresident Laura Roslin: [simultaneously, in stereo] Plaything?

Doctor Gaius Baltar: I don't work for you and uh, quite frankly, I don't have to sit any more and take this kind of abuse from either of you!... Er,

    [points at Billy]

Doctor Gaius Baltar: *you* either... either in *here*, either in there, wherever it is...
