only hope

Recommend a movie song "only hope" from the movie "a walk to remember".

The movie looks rather fragmented. The theme is still the legendary love.
I can't tell if the love in this movie is real love or if it's some kind of emotion between redemption and awakening.
The male protagonist turned out to be such a deep, scrupulous man. The eyes are deep, and the heart is straight. To fall in love with and be in love with that kindness, that kind of recklessness.
Is their union pity or from the truth of the heart?
He said that she was the best person he had ever met, and that she stubbornly loved each other.
But but, even if they are together, they can't be forever, and even...that's obviously just a story.
I can't imagine how affectionate sparks two high school boys and girls can collide, or how this story would have turned out if it wasn't for her inability to continue it.

I can't help comparing this story to The notebook.
Love, probably I don't know yet.
Will I finally understand?

A Walk to Remember quotes

  • Jamie: [Speaking to someone else] This is a star frame and it will help you locate stars and planets with your naked eye. Mercury and Jupiter can be seen just over the west south west of the horizon after sunset.

Dean: Bet you can see angels up there flying around.

Jamie: In fact, there are some things that they call miraculous. Einstein said the more he studied the universe, the more he believed in a higher power.

Dean: Well, if there is a higher power, then why is it he can't get you a new sweater?

    [His friends laugh]

Jamie: He's too busy looking for your brain.

    Eric: Ohhhhh, dayaaaaam!

    [laughing]

  • Reverend Sullivan: Love is always patient and kind; it is never jealous; love is never boastful or conceited; it is never rude or selfish; it does not take offense and is not resentful. Love takes no pleasure in other people's shortcomings but delights in the truth; it is always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope, and to endure whatever comes.

    [Apostle Paul; 1 Corinthians 13:4-7]
