My son accompanied me to watch this new Terminator chapter because of the impressive Terminator 2 that year (wow, more than 20 years ago).
When I walked out of the theater, my feelings were:
1. This article is indeed based on the premise of having seen Terminator 2. Because many characterizations, plot arrangements, and scene arrangements vaguely correspond to 2. If you haven't seen 2, it may be difficult to understand the mystery.
2. When I watched 2, I was deeply moved - even though it was a sci-fi movie. One scene is the last T800 sinking, which is moving, but the one in the middle is the one in the middle: Sarah Connor looks out through the net, under the setting sun, a scene of ordinary people's happy life, turn around, John Playing a human game with the T800. The music sounded, and the vicissitudes of the voice-over sounded, which provided a powerful motivation for Sarah to take up the gun and declare war bravely.
Unfortunately, I was not impressed by this viewing.
