Dr. Hannibal the Ogre is unrivaled in the field of psychology, and FBI agent Will turns to Dr. Hannibal while investigating the ogre case. Every time he talks to Dr. Hannibal, Will is inspired. The ogre slits the throats of people, makes a part of the victim's body into a delicious meal, and invites friends over to taste it. One day, Hannibal had a psychotic episode, intending to kill Will, and both of them lost. Since then, the truth about the ogre case is revealed.

Over the years, there has been a string of serial killings. The whole family was murdered. One of the two families was located in the United States and the other was located in the United Kingdom. Both families were very happy, and the murderers had done thorough investigations. Will had already quit the arena after finishing the ogre case, and he didn't want his leader to recruit Will again into the army. Out of curiosity and a sense of responsibility for the case, Will came out again. Soon, Will came to the two murdered families to restore the scene, and he also found Dr. Hannibal in prison.

Will and Dr. Hannibal team up again, looking for clues. Finally found clues from home video. The murderer, Mr. Du, is the business technology director of Pure Color Company. Du grew up in an abused environment. His grandmother kept threatening and abusing him, and Du gradually developed two personalities. One side is a normal person, and the other side is the enforcer of the red dragon. He worships the red dragon, and the tattoo on his back is the red dragon.

Will finds Du, who pretends to be dead. In fact, Du found Will and attempted to kill the Will family, and Will and Du had the ultimate showdown. In the end Will won.
