If one day, when you walk by a phone booth where you often call, and find the phone ringing, will you answer it?
Would you be surprised if you picked up and found out that the other person was looking for you?
Wouldn't you be surprised if he told you he knew your secrets?
Would you be horrified if he said he was holding a sniper rifle at you right now from behind some window across the street?
After a while, you'll find that you've unintentionally called in the police, your wife is looking at you anxiously, your lover has seen you on the national live news show, and is watching you from the other side of the street .
And the person on the phone wants you to confess everything about you and your lover to your wife in front of hundreds of onlookers and countless people in front of the TV. Would you say that?
Would you ask your wife to forgive you?
And, in the end, will you die at his gun in front of hundreds of cops and countless others?
——This is the plot of "Sniper Phone Booth".
The ending is left to everyone to see~ It

is a film from 2003. I got acquainted with it at the Toronto Film Festival in 2002. I waited for a year, and I downloaded it to the disk with eMule last year. Last weekend, I finally sat in front of the computer, but my long-cherished wish came true. And from its show time on April 4, 2003, two years and eight months.
Everything is satisfactory except the brightness of the LCD screen is too low.

Film critics say that the small space and few characters are all connected by a few fixed-point shots. This is a film that requires the skill of directors and actors, so it is more worthy of the attention of professional fans.
And it didn't disappoint me~

Isn't it funny? You hear the phone ringing, it could be anybody.
But the ringing phone has to be answered.
Doesn't it?

It's an ethical thriller about lies and respect, and of course we can chalk it all up to human nature.
