Find a movie that fits your own wavelength to heal yourself.

I like to search for movies that fit my own wavelength. In the process of watching the movie, as the performance of the characters and the plot change, the mood of the audience also fluctuates, whether it is excitement or sadness, and this fluctuation range is within the personal comfort range, and there will be a feeling of healing. Aladdin is such a work for me, and I feel very comfortable after reading it. The appearance of the characters is the favorite style among Disney; whether it is a representative theme song or a song full of Arabian style, it also pokes me aesthetically; the story is strong enough, although the original story is not very "glorious", it is good for the movie I like it in the show. In addition to these, the rhythm of the movie is my favorite. The tempo of the film is too tight, and I will always panic after watching it; the tempo is too slow and it looks very boring. However, the standard of the speed of the rhythm is different for each person, which results in the difference in the evaluation of the film. I don't deny that there are still many good works outside of my comfortable rhythm, but I may not brush twice after complimenting it. For Aladdin, it's enough to restore my mood when I'm down, and calm me when I'm too excited. Nowadays, there are many professional non-professional film critics, and most of them are analyzed from the technical level. However, there is never a uniform standard for whether a movie is "comfortable" or not. "Cure" is a wonderful thing, and you always have to find it on your own.

Aladdin quotes

  • Sultan: Jafar, you vile betrayer!

Iago: That's Sultan Vile Betrayer to you!

  • Princess Jasmine: [to Jafar] At least some good will come of my being forced to marry. When I am Queen, I will have the power to get rid of you.

Sultan: Well, now. That's nice. All settled then. Now, Jasmine, getting back to this suitor business. Jasmine? Jasmine!

[the Sultan notices that Jasmine is running out of the room, and runs after her]

Jafar: [scowls in their direction] If only I had gotten that lamp!

Iago: [mocking Jasmine] "I will have the power to get rid of you." Dahhh! To think we gotta keep kissing up to that chump, and his chump daughter, for the rest of our lives.

Jafar: No, Iago. Only until she finds a chump husband. Then she'll have us banished. Or beheaded.

    JafarIago: Ew.

Iago: Oh, wait a minute, wait a minute! Jafar, what if you were the chump husband?

    Jafar: What?

Iago: Okay, okay. You marry the princess, all right? And and, uh, you. Then you become the sultan!

Jafar: Marry the shrew. I become sultan. The idea has merit.

Iago: Yes, merit. Yes! And then, we drop papa-in-law and the little woman off a cliff.

[he dives off Jafar's staff headfirst, then hits the ground]

    Iago: "Yah. Ker-splat!"

Jafar: [laughs] I love the way your foul little mind works!

    [both laugh evilly]
