"Rocket Man", which describes the life history of Elton John's grandfather, has been compared with "Bohemian Rhapsody" by film critics and fans countless times.
1. The former has a self-determined R level, which is indeed more "loyal to the original flavor"; the latter was squeezed by Grandpa May to make a "clean version", which indeed adds countless regrets.
2. The actors of both editions have tried their best to restore the characters. Taron Egerton, who plays Elton (you often say "Dandan"), has dedicated all the original singing. Whether the part is originally sung by the actor or lip-synched, I don't think it is a problem at all, as long as the effect is achieved (it's not the deity to sing anyway).
3. Mercury has passed away after all, so although the whole screenwriter lacks bright spots, it is quite closed and complete; and the prototype of Rocketman is still alive, so it is indeed a pity to write about the abrupt end of detoxification and rebirth - I guess it is impossible to write anymore. Otherwise, it will become more and more sensitive.
4. The movie itself As a biopic, let's revisit Elton's musical masterpiece, Mission Accomplished. But the screenwriter and director clearly regarded it as a "preliminary version" of the musical, and both the plot structure and the scheduling of the shots are just like the prototype of a musical. It seems that the latest musical masterpiece "Rocketman" will be staged in the West End of London soon - our grandfather John is really a master of making money, let's take a look at the business closed loop [Black Line]...
5. The screenwriter Lee Hall is the screenwriter of one of my favorite movies, Billy Elliot, and Elton John is the music creator of the London version of the musical of the same name. Therefore, this work invited little Billy - Jamie Bell to play Elton's soulmate and most important partner Bernie, which is a perfect match like "historical inheritance". After posting this comment, I decided to watch "Billy Elliot" again immediately [heart]
6. Self-assessment: 3.4/5 points.
