"Godzilla"

Personal essay, informal film review

1. The opening is very Godzilla

2. Last time I was in Japan, this time I came to China

3. Do you still observe the radiation explosion table so closely? With kids?

4. The mother is stupid, the child is even more stupid, in the final analysis the director is stupid

5. The rhythm is too fast, and the plot begins to make me wonder if I am watching Pacific Rim

6. Decent and villain helicopters are all the same

7. I always feel like I'm forcibly adding drama to the international chapter

8. I just want to see Godzilla, everyone else stays out of the way

9. It's too funny to keep shooting at the three-headed dragon without running away

10. Godzilla was the Navy, Kidra was the Air Force, and then fought on land

11. Two monsters fight, but the human plane is flying around to grab the camera

12. Godzilla became the savior in this movie

13. Godzilla is from Japan, and the Japanese have to wake up and recharge. In that scene, Godzilla was as docile as a meow

15. I am very curious about how Godzilla floats on the water. Is the nuclear warhead its chakra? Can you walk on water full of chakra? The BGM of the appearance is the same as Naruto

16. Humans in the movie feel more durable than monsters. All kinds of radiation, storms, earthquakes, and tsunamis are useless.

17. The rain is so heavy, and the machine is still repaired with an electric iron, can you be more serious? You gotta get it in the car anyway!

18. Except for the special effects of Godzilla and monster fighting, other plots are like shit!

19. Look at the easter eggs and Zhang Ziyi's phrase "for now", do you want to build the Godzilla universe?

Godzilla: There are so many human dramas this year

My Big Godzilla is not only fighting against the box office but also against the fate of the entire earth! ! ! Transformed several times, it can be called an existence that kills the audience in seconds! ! ! But the front is really ugly, I don't like human scenes very much! Looking at the easter eggs, there is obviously a sequel. I hope Godzilla and King Kong can be good brothers and good friends!

Godzilla: King of the Monsters quotes

  • Colonel Diane Foster: The oxygen destroyer, why wasn't Monster Zero affected?

Chief Warrant Officer Barnes: I mean, I'm no scientist, but I think it has something to do with his goddamn head growing back.

Dr. Rick Stanton: Well, I've never seen anything like it. It violates everything we know about the natural order.

Dr. Ilene Chen: Unless he's not part of the natural order.

Dr. Ishiro Serizawa: What do you mean?

[shows a cave painting of Godzilla and Monster Zero]

Dr. Ilene Chen: I was able to piece this together.

Sam Coleman: Well, he looks vaguely familiar.

Dr. Ilene Chen: It tells of a great dragon who fell from the stars. A Hydra whose storm swallowed both men and gods alike.

Mark Russell: What, you mean an alien?

Dr. Ilene Chen: Yes. He's not part of our natural order. And he's not meant to be here.

Dr. Ishiro Serizawa: A false king.

Dr. Rick Stanton: An invasive species. That could explain how he's creating these massive storms and the effect he's having on the other Titans. It's almost he's reshaping the planet to his own liking.

Dr. Ishiro Serizawa: These legends, what did they call him?

Dr. Ilene Chen: Ghidorah. "The one who is many."

    Mark Russell: Ghi-what?

    Sam Coleman: She said, "Gonorrhea."

    Mark Russell: Huh?

    Dr. Ilene Chen: Ghidorah!

  • Dr. Emma Russell: [Carrying the 'titan's sound device, intrepidly traversing rickety platform bridge, facing at end humungously large larval stage insect - a moth! - 'looking' down at her] "Ok."
