In fact, at that time, he only vaguely knew what was going on in the Sunflower Collection, and he didn't know anything about the Eastern Invincibility. Furthermore, at a young age, it is impossible to understand the ill-fated fate between Linghu Chong and Dongfang Invincible, which is beyond the love of men and women.
If you haven't read the original book first, there is no such thing as character subversion. Accompanied by wine, Linghu Chong, who wields the sword like the wind, flies over the eaves and walks the walls, and has strong martial arts. He speaks at every turn and talks with the world's Dongfang Invincible, even more extraordinary. Until I watched Lu Songxian's version of the TV series "Swordsman" (I haven't seen Chow Yun-fat's version so far), the images of Linghu Chong and Dongfang Invincible have always been shadows in the movie.
The "Eastern Invincible" in my memory has countless swords, lights, swords and shadows, vaguely fighting and killing. The pleasing fight is really smooth and refreshing, and the scene of sword qi swimming is unrestrained. After many years, I was surprised that many scenes seemed to be too violent and brutal: scenes of beheading, severed limbs, and blood splattered are not uncommon. The master of loneliness is finally unable to escape the confusion of the word love, but the love that is not in the world is destined to be empty. The people in the world and the negative heart, Dongfang Invincible got the answer in Linghu Chong.
Raising a sword and riding a straddle, wielding the rain of ghosts, the bones are as frightened as a mountain bird. The dust is like the tide and the people are like water, only a few people in the rivers and lakes return. Birth and entry into the world, people's hearts and rivers and lakes. The undefeated beginning of the encounter with the East in the lake, Linghu Chong never really left the arena. Between the broken tile and the broken wall, it slowly fell to the bottom of the cliff. This is probably a cruel but extremely poignant scene in my memory.
It wasn't until last year that I watched "Swordsman" released by 0dayz again, and once again saw Brigitte Lin in red with sad eyes, looked at Linghu Chong with ridicule or self-pity, and fell off the cliff alone.
