A prequel

"Monsters University" is a prequel to the previous movie "Monsters Electric Company", which describes the story of the protagonist's university and how he finally entered the electric company.

Generally speaking, the plot setting is relatively old-fashioned. It is a normal youth inspirational story. In the end, the protagonist will definitely be able to reach the pinnacle of life.

Personally, I think there are funny points, thinking points, and sad points in the film. The protagonist is not a perfect character setting. Both "monsters" are growing-one has challenged himself and achieved success, and the other understands the role of hard work and teamwork.

The best setting is probably at the end. The two "monsters" left school due to cheating in the game and violating school regulations. Although they are both excellent, the vice principal also expressed appreciation, but he did not directly "break the rules and return to school." ". But through other channels (there is actually a foreshadowing!!! Excellent!) through unremitting efforts to complete my dream.

Personally, I think the only shortcoming is that Maosley (or what I forgot, it’s Da Maomao), the change in personality or mentality can still be smoother~

Monsters University quotes

  • Mike Wazowski: [as he introduces the team that he joined sometime earlier as he joins the Scare Games] Behold, the Future Scaring League of the World. My Brothers, of Oozma KAPPA.

[the camera points at the team, the other monsters have no reaction whatsoever]

  • Johnny: [During the party at the RORs while all of Mike's team is standing in the centre] Let's give it up the Oozma Kappa.

[out of nowhere, a monster dumps loads of paint onto Mike and the rest of his Teammates, much to their surprise]

Johnny: The most *adorable* monsters on campus.

[Other ROR members begin firing glitter towards the Oozmas as the other monsters around them begin to laugh, making them look even more humiliated]

Johnny: [to Randy] Release the Stuffed Animals.

[Randy materialises in front of a rope which he pulls, releasing a number of monstrous stuffed animals onto Mike's team, then a photo of it is taken]
