When watching Alice in Wonderland before, someone has always compared the two stories. Because the settings are somewhat similar, they have always been curious about this story.

When I was looking for a movie, due to the shooting time, I first recommended the 2013 Magic Mirror and Wizard, which can be regarded as a prequel to the Wizard of Oz, but the film emphasizes some thrilling and exciting scenes, which is far from fairy tales.

Then I saw this movie made in 1939.

The film was in black and white at first, but it was different from the black and white film in my impression, and it was more hierarchical. The innocent and innocent Dorothy ran away from home so that the dog would not be sent away. As a result, she encountered a tornado and was sent to the fairyland by the wind together. The film picture also became colorful from here.

In order for Dorothy to return home, she, together with the Scarecrow, Tin Man, Lion, and Dog, embarked on a journey home from killing monsters...

The storyline is thrilling and romantic, full of innocence and hope. It is a very good fairy tale. But what I want to praise most is that this movie is excellent. It was excellent to make such a good movie in 1939.

Since the scarecrow has only straw and no bone support, he will continue to fall while walking, so Dorothy needs to constantly support him. The makeup on the face and the neck are really natural, very good~

Tin people can only use oil to lubricate their joints. The whole body is straight, but they will make some changes in the joints and buttocks. They use more flexible tin foil instead of tin skin to facilitate movement, but the overall tone and makeup are consistent, and they are not. There will be a sense of violation.

The lion who is the most offensive in the film comes, but his timidity has performed well in front of Oz.

Dorothy is the cutest girl. Her dress, hairstyle and blush all show that she is a bright and innocent girl. When she sees her, all troubles can be forgotten~ The dog is also very clever and cute, for Rescue Dorothy from the castle and find someone to rescue~

At the end of the film, Dorothy returned to her aunt's house, and the story had a happy ending. I heard that the original is a series, and I want to see the follow-up, so no one wants to make a new Wizard of Oz?
