Thin red lines, brutal wars, arrogant humans

I want to watch this movie because of Lao Luo's mobile phone case, there is a thin red line model. Generally speaking, Lao Mei's war movies are still good, especially for World War II movies, especially for this kind of island capture movie, Lao Mei has always been very good.

I don't want to say more about the storyline. The US military wanted to occupy a small island under Japanese occupation. Everyone went up to attack, and many people began to die during the period. The male protagonist had a conflict with the company commander in order to capture the mountain, but he still used his own way to capture the mountain, which was a successful completion of the task. Of course, sacrifice is inevitable in this kind of hand-to-hand combat at a distance, and the male protagonist also begins to reflect on the meaning of war. The story is probably about reflection on war. It is mentioned many times in the movie that among all species in nature, only humans will kill each other among the same kind. Towards the end of the movie, tying up the big crocodile is a sign that Japan is the crocodile.

The movie is good, but I don't know how to express it. In short, just watch it.

Malick is like this, either he hates it to the point of rolling his eyes and thinks that he is pretending to be B, or he can be praised to the sky. After thinking about it, I still prefer to read and write prose, so I like his messy and messy prose, no wonder I like "The Tree of Life".

There has never been a World War II movie that is as meaningful. The perspective of the stream of consciousness and the vague narration of the person are not at all pretentious and artificial. Poetry and aphasia coexist, war and humanity coexist, this is the best footnote left by this film for the history of World War II film. In addition, I have to lament that the CC selection is really "spicy".
