"Mr. Glass" 6 points Maybe the split is just a flashback for Shyamalan, and this one continues to expose the problems he faces.

In fact, it is not difficult to see that Shyamalan's filming of "Split" and the incorporation of "Undead" into this superhero universe must be influenced by the "Avengers Universe". But is Shyamalan doing this Shyamalan version of "The Avengers" well enough? The answer is of course no.
If you go back to the first movie "Undead" in this superhero universe, it is actually not a particularly good movie, which is one of the reasons why this universe is not destined to be exciting.
And back to the movie itself, the way of kneading several people in the previous work is actually a little strange. According to the final reversal of the movie, although it is reasonable to a certain extent, there are still many doubts in the process of watching the movie. Difficult to solve with inversion.
When Zhan Yimei and Bruce Willie's superpowers are explained in the first half of the film, the explanation is actually very weak, and when the latter is reversed, that kind of pleasure is nothing.
In terms of type satisfaction, it is also very insufficient. The refreshing brought by Samuel Jackson's super-intelligence is not even as good as "Eleven Arhats". In particular, the time when "Mr. Glass" released resources is close to the time when "Reunion 4" was released. Under the influence of a superhero movie like "Avengers 4" whose visual effects far surpass that of "Mr. Glass", it makes "Mr. Glass" even more weak.
It is still possible to see Shyamalan's performance in a small format and a small perspective, but once the film type moves closer to superheroes, the type of satisfaction that the audience needs is not just that simple.
