The sunshine

Today I revisited the "Sun Cataclysm" that I watched as a child.

It turned out that Tao had most of the characteristics of the US team at that time, taking the overall situation into consideration, having a sense of responsibility, always knowing what his mission was, and being able to make the most correct decision at a critical moment, even if the cost was sacrificing himself. He's already a cap, which is great. It feels like chris is an actor who integrates his own personality into his characters, and every one of his (in my favorite movies) characters has more or less a similar temperament, including the philosophy professor in "Genius Girl", a kind of Reassuring, strong, parental temperament. He probably really has a lot more depth than he looks.

The second time I saw it, it was not as shocking as before.

First, because of the 2007 movie, many special effects were scare people in the past, but now they can't stand the test. During this period, there are too many excellent space movies, and I have seen magnificent scenes and higher-tech movies. The space capsule, everything in this movie can't help but look a bit backward, but with the classic bgm, it still has a retro sci-fi flavor.

The second is that Pinbacker in the second half is a bit of a joke. I don't understand what kind of character the director wants to create? He said he had seen god, he meant the sun? So why block this mission, why kill the crew of Icarus 2? Isn't it strange that the distress signal sent by a scientist has such an obvious religious flavor? (Should have listened to Mace's don't change course from the beginning)

When entering the dark cabin of Icarus 1, the screen flashes from time to time the faces of the deceased crew members, terrifying. I haven't seen such a bizarre operation in any other movie.

And i think it's the first time for a science film to really have a visual interperation of the twist of time and space?

"Icarus, who's the fifth crew member?" Damn, I'm really scared to death here.

The dubbing really deserves a blast, by John Murphy, and I bet myself it was Hans Zimmer's masterpiece when I listened to it. Really, that texture is like hearing the wind around the sun, hearing time and space, hearing destruction, hearing nothingness, hearing the heartbeat of the universe.

Mace: Because the rest of us are lower priority.

Harvey: I'm Not A Low Priority.

Mace: You're a comms officer on a ship that has no means of communication.

Harvey: I am the captain!, The mission needs a captain to hold it together.
