Too ideal, too ambitious
Want to be the new leader to create a better world.
They are happy to see the goal achieved, but not interested in the process!
But the work that truly improves the world is the day-to-day progress.

For example, I work for an organization,
This organization helps the villagers there in Mexico,
What they care about is how to get pencils into the hands of those rural elementary school kids
That's not a digitally significant revolutionary idea just a pencil!
I've seen people who do the real thing, unfortunately...
…those who are the most generous and hardworking…
...and the person who can make the world a better place...
…often without ambition, not wanting to be a leader,
They have little interest in those formal rewards.
They don't care if their name gets in the newspapers,
They just enjoy the process of helping people,
