It is a film by the great director Steven Spielberg.
Although the box office was not ideal when it was released in 2004, I
still thought it was very good.
The story is simple.
The actor played by Tom Hanks went to the United States to fulfill his father's wish: to
collect the autograph of the last of all the music stars on a certain photo at the time.
——Before, his father used 40 years to collect other people's signatures and put them in a tin can of peanut butter.
At the US airport, a coup took place in his country and his visa was invalidated.
As a result, poor Xiaotang could neither enter the United States nor return to his homeland.
The head of customs did not know what to do with him, so he had to stay at JFK Airport.
The only thing Xiaotang can do is wait.
This wait is nine months.
No money, no friends, language barriers.
Such a dilemma is a special case; it
is not.
In our lives, we will always encounter various accidents,
but it is often the reality that you have to accept.
And Xiaotang is not idle.
With his somewhat cunning wisdom, sincere kindness, and even a bit stubborn persistence,
during these nine months, he
talked about a romantic relationship;
made a happy marriage;
found a well-paid job;
helped a family member to go well. Take some illegal drugs out of the customs; hand in
a group of friends of all kinds;
resolutely beat the arrogant customs commissioner;
...
and he didn't leave the airport one step.
I have also been frustrated and troubled,
but fortunately, I am all better.
I found myself very poor in language.
This is really a movie that touches you by details.
I can't list all the details,
so watch it for yourself.
What I want to say is:
life is sometimes an endless waiting.
What we have to do
is to be optimistic about our existence.
Persevere, and then continue to persevere!
