the Morty-est Morty and the Rick-est Rick

It's hard to tell how it feels after watching the first season of r&m.

Perhaps the first two episodes were just curious, big-headed, and somewhat absurd. At the same time, r&m is also like a kaleidoscope. The screenwriter is very ambitious. I don’t want to be a simple science fiction adventure cartoon, nor do I want to be a bowl of short-mouthed chicken soup for parents. There are many things I want to discuss, wrapped in a magical curiosity and a little bit of vulgar skin. Reflect and satirize some social realities. It ranges from existentialism, nihilism, discussions of various forms of government, to family education, family relations, sex education, feminism and patriarchy...

But from the sixth episode, when I saw Rick and Morty bury his body in the parallel world, I began to feel a deep and deep sadness.

"You bury yours and I bury mine. It's fair." "This kind of thing happens three or four times a year." Indeed, mess up your own world and then go to another parallel world to live for Rick. It's a very skillful thing. But for Morty, it seems that all the rules and moral fetters are meaningless. He once thought that the relationship between himself and Rick was unique, but it was just a repetition of countless identical relationships in countless parallel universes. Later, when he talked to Summer about this incident, he said: "I eat breakfast every day twenty inches away from my body. I understand that no one's existence must be meaningful. Let's watch TV."

I am impenetrable by this nihilism. The audience is like that, Rick in it is even more so. He is like a duckweed in the universe. He has never really belonged. When he returned from Morty's adventure in the fifth episode, Rick smiled and said, I have a new mantra! wubba lubba dub dub! In the eleventh episode, Birdman said, "This means I am very painful in the language of the bird, come and save me." Rick is such a smart person, who is calling for help because of what pain?

I have read a lot of r&m conspiracy theories, saying that Rick is not the master of c-137, Rick goes so far as to say... Indeed, the main line of the plot is really getting darker and darker. In the tenth episode, several hundred pairs of r&m came out. It turns out that in many parallel worlds, Morty is nothing more than a human signal barrier to cover Rick’s brain waves. M is not a grandson to R, but an object, even broken. One can still be assigned a new one. Indeed, there is no love for no reason and no hate for no reason. At the end of the first episode, Rick's inexplicable ecstasy is just that he finally found a kind and not blind Morty-est Morty.

Ah continue to watch the second season
