What are the plots in "Green Book" with tears?

It was the paragraph that the doctor said after rushing out of the car on a rainy day, I am not enough black, not enough white, not enough man. The tears left behind, and the feeling of loneliness was explained all at once. No crowd accepts him. He looks like a stranger no matter where he stays. Think about the doctor who has to endure unwarranted prejudice and discrimination. It hurts very much, I am alone! This sentence really poke me, think about the doctor's first appearance, a huge room, luxurious decoration, but only one person, behind the seemingly enviable prosperity, is actually a very lonely heart?
