A story about salvage

Sydnie 2022-09-05 22:13:56

We need our salvage. Alcohol, tobacco, charity, religion, anything you do either for redemption, or simply for a moment of peaceful mind. We need someone to come along with, to whom, once in a while, you make a confession for those shameful things you have ever done, then go back home continue your life. The nature of our lives is ruthless and ironically user unfriendly. Once you do it, it can't be redone. Once you see it, it can't be unseen. Some of us live in lies, others don't. The truth is, whatever you said and done, either it goes to your debt, or you pay it right now. The pastor himself represented God, however his friend, the most reckless guy has the name- Salvador- which is morphologically closer to 'Salvage'.

Sal Nealon: Hey. Colonel. Did you look at these faces? They've already been spited, so why should we give a fuck about your opinions? - With all due respect.

  • Sal Nealon: Man, I would've loved to run into you in the field in my younger days.

Colonel Wilits: You really think so?

Sal Nealon: Oh, yeah. 'Cause one of us would have been fragged. And the other would've gone to the brig.
