The whole process of watching the film was heart-wrenching. In the film, the director used a lot of profound shots to show the bullying of the Jews. Some of the innocent Bruno's inadvertent words often hurt my heart the most.
Bruno, who likes adventure stories, told a lie when faced with the harsh reprimand of the young officer. When he learned that Shamul's father was gone, he hoped to compensate Shamul and decided to help Shamul find his father's child psychology. Much like when I was young, I would always feel guilty after I did something wrong.
Since there was no spoiler, in the end the little explorer held Shamul's hand tightly, and when he was collectively poisoned, Bruno's family was in despair, and the film ended quietly. Deeply saddened.
