The captain’s death may be due to the director’s opposition to arbitrary hunting of animals. For the second half of his life, the captain lived by hunting sharks, but he didn’t care if the sharks killed offended humans. Indiscriminate killing of innocent people will eventually be indiscriminately killed, I think the director may want to express this. Of course, I don’t object to some views that the captain’s death was due to the director’s anti-war stance.
At the end of the film, I looked at the progress bar and really thought they were going to be wiped out. I also made up for the ship and the sheriff to sink into the water. The great white shark went down in one bite and the whole screen turned black. After a few seconds, the sunset reflected. On the sea, the sparkling picture faded in and brightened, and then sad music sounded, and the cast and the subtitles produced behind the scenes began to be displayed. Personally, I really think this is a good movie. Even if it is a movie made in the 1970s, I can still substitute for many plots. I don’t know why it is not eight points. I think it should be 8.9 points. This is quite reasonable.
