What impressed me most was the male protagonist alone in front of the monitor watching the messages from his children from the earth. It's really a thousand years at a glance. Watching my children go from childhood ignorance to youth rebelliousness, the first time they met the person they liked, the first time they fell in love, the first time being a father, all of these, the male protagonist did not participate. Seeing that the long life of one’s dearest relatives was staged within a few minutes, unable to participate in the joys and pains, he couldn’t share the happiness of the child, he couldn’t wipe away the tears of the child, just like this Grew up in his own world. This kind of helplessness that can only watch but can't participate makes me cry in front of the screen.
Finally, we can understand that when the long life is condensed into a few minutes, we really realize which are the turning points that change our lives, but when we are in it, we can’t see the end, and naturally we don’t know which decisions will affect the future life. I also felt that it was just an ordinary day, no different from usual.
