I stayed up late to watch this film. There are deficiencies and points worthy of praise. Let’s talk about it first: a group of children fights against the adult world, campus bullying, pedophilia, father-killing, twisted family relationships and growth between characters. It’s very good and the film tells us that the scariest thing is that our own hearts can overcome our fears and we can overcome all other horror films. This film tells people not to be afraid. This is what our domestic films need to learn from. A place to learn. Let’s talk about the shortcomings. The children entered the clown’s den twice but did not plan in advance what to do and face or even how to defeat the clown (although the second time they brought some tools) and since they were so scared, why did the children do? Whatever the trouble is, acting alone seems to be sending food to the clown. It can only be interpreted as purely for the purpose of promoting the plot. This is to reduce points.
