The ending seemed to be revealed at the beginning of the film. To be honest, I didn't know what effect it had. When I watched the whole movie, I was thinking: Is it so awkward or to die?
The narration of the whole movie is provided by De Niro and Joe Paisi taking turns to provide some clues explaining that the two have cooperated in many gangster movies, Once Upon a Time in America, Good Guys, etc. Different from Pacino, De Niro's performance has always been very calm, while Joe Paisi is especially black, and the calm picture shows untimely violence. I am slightly disappointed that the plot of Sharon Stone is too much like a vase setting. This sudden change is too obvious. The tension of the drama does not consider the logic of behavior.
