"The City of God" is a city of God abandoned by God. When robbery, drug abuse, and murder become small things that can be seen everywhere; when the crime may not necessarily be punished by law after the crime; when all these are considered by the child to be the original appearance of life, the shock that cannot be calmed for a long time! The cruelty of the story, the almost realistic performances of the actors, coupled with fast screen editing and multi-line narrative structure, all make this film a classic! ps: Friends with facial blindness must have collapsed in the first half of the film!
