"Spider-Man: Homecoming": A Marvel movie with no success or failure

After Sony's "The Amazing Spider-Man" was slashed, Tom Holland took over the big stick in the hands of Andrew Garfield and embarked on the fantasy journey of the third Spider-Man in twenty years.

"Spider-Man" has always been Marvel's golden signature. Its red and blue two-color tights, flexibly and vigorously roaming among high-rise buildings, and the stubborn nature of talking, are deeply loved by American teenagers. Spider-Man seems to be a boy next door, an ordinary person no different from you and me. The super powers of the spider did not bring him many surprises, but caused a lot of distress. The so-called "the greater the ability, the greater the responsibility". Captain America was born as a symbol of freedom and equality in the United States. Iron Man is a second generation of genius and rich who was born with a golden key. The Hulk is a scientist serving the military, and Thor is a star in the sky. Only our little spiders, who grow up in ordinary people (in fact, they are not ordinary), go to school, do homework, and fall in the same way as ordinary people, and have to face the distress of adolescence (such as hiding the identity of superpowers?). Hey, isn't this a microcosm of ourselves?

Most of Spider-Man’s villains are also ordinary people with flesh and blood, closer to reality. After the Green Goblin, Dr. Octopus, Little Green Goblin, Sandman, Venom, Dr. Lizard, Electric Lightman and Rhinoman all appeared in the previous works, this time it was the turn of the vulture. Regarding the reason for the blackening of vultures, it can almost be said that Marvel's movies are the most realistic so far: an ordinary engineer lost his job because of the Avengers, thus having the ambition to use alien black technology to retaliate. At home, he is a benevolent father. When he first met the little spider, he did not kill the little spider. He just showed the dark side of every ordinary person. And this mortal may be you or me. It may be by our side. After all, in life, we have all encountered injustice of this kind or that, and harbor resentment. If you were given a chance, would you choose to retaliate? This question is difficult to answer (the electric man in the previous game is also a repairman at the bottom, and the original intention of the sand man is to treat his daughter, and Dr. Octopus also successfully cleaned up at the last minute).

Tom Holland’s acting skills are remarkable, especially after he knows an amazing fact (what is not spoiled), the nervousness is very in place (occasionally the expressions of one or two constipation are really happy Feeling? Adorable). The whole film abandons the background of Spider-Man and is a youth film about the growth of teenagers. According to director Jon Watts (the director has few movies), he has seen almost all youth movies before shooting this movie. . We can see the daily life of an American high school student: attending classes, doing experiments, watching goddesses, eating, waiting for get out of class, and fighting crime (mistakes). Peter Parker is like you and me. He has best friends, secret crush girls, school troubles, and his own little secret (Spiderman identity). He fantasizes about becoming a superhero like Iron Man. He will make children angry. After experiencing some things, we saw a brand new Peter, a more mature Peter, and a Peter who wanted to return to the ordinary. This is the difference between this "Spider-Man" and the previous two series, but it is also in line with Marvel's style. Let the darkness and haze go to hell! (DC sneezed)

Finally, here is a general comment:
Advantages: The overall film is humorous and pleasant, the special effects maintain the usual Marvel standard, and the background of the ending theme crayon drawing is in line with the vigorous temperament of the youth film. Not talking about the origin of Spider-Man is very clever, Iron Man cameo played the role of life mentor, Aunt Mei is a bit too much (Peter is still only a child),,,,,,
Disadvantage: the script is ordinary and has no new ideas, as a hero film routine Old-fashioned, the protagonist plays daily.

ps: Be sure to wait until the last egg~

Spider-Man: Homecoming quotes

  • Adrian Toomes: [Turns a gun to Peter] Does she know?

    Peter Parker: Know what?

Adrian Toomes: So she doesn't, good. Close to the vest, I admire that. I've got a few secrets of my own. Of all the reasons I didn't want my daughter to date! Peter, nothing is more important than family. You saved my daughter's life, and I could never forget something like that, so I'll give you one chance. You ready? You walk through those doors, and you forget any of this happened. And don't you ever, ever interfere with my business again, because if you do, I'll kill you, and everyone that you love. I'll kill you dead. That's what I'll do to protect my family. Pete, you understand? Hey. I just saved your life. Now, what do you say?

    Peter Parker: [Awkwardly] Thank you.

Adrian Toomes: You're welcome. Now, you go in there, and you show my daughter a good time, okay? Just not too good.

  • Peter Parker: Wow, they're in the middle of a heist! I could catch them all red-handed, this is awesome! Okay, I'm gonna get a little closer so I can see what's happening.

Karen: Would you like me to engage Enhanced Combat Mode?

Peter Parker: Enhanced Combat Mode? Yeah!

    Karen: Activating Instant-Kill.

Peter Parker: What? No, no, no, I don't wanna kill anybody!

    Karen: Deactivating Instant-Kill.

[Peter jumps out of his position and tries to swing, only to plummet face-first into the ground]

Peter Parker: What the hell just happened?

Karen: You jumped off a sign and landed on your face.
