Schindler's List

Schindler hired Jews during the war because Jews were the cheapest labor in Poland. In 1943, the Nazis' crazy slaughter of Jews shattered Schindler's last hope. He began to use all means to save Jewish laborers. His munitions factory had not produced a qualified weapon for seven months, and he devoted all of it to feed the Jews in the factory and bribed SS officers. His awakening began with human nature, a tremor in his heart. This has nothing to do with ethnicity, politics, or military affairs. It is just humanitarian, in order to protect those Jews who are facing death threats at any time. He didn't get any benefit-he ran out of his wealth, was suspected by the SS at any time, and might be arrested after the war. But when he was doing all this, he went forward and never regretted it. Confucius said: "The benevolent loves others." Mencius said: "Reflexively shrinks, although tens of thousands of people will go."
