Built on a not-so-solid logical foundation

Haven't seen any Planet of the Apes movies, except this one. As a commercial film, it is still very smooth, and the design of the characters (the ape?) also conforms to the commercial laws. But Caesar is the protagonist in this movie, and Will is a clue, so his logical motives are not very sufficient. For example, he used the virus to save his father, but his father shook his head, so he didn't inject his father again. Obviously treating his father was his motivation to develop new drugs. He didn't want to lose Caesar and bribed the head of the asylum with money, but Caesar closed the door and he left without saying anything. Such characterization is not the protagonist's treatment at all. The key logic of some plot development is also relatively weak.

When did Caesar's mother give birth to a child? In the laboratory, doesn't it require frequent physical examinations? No one found out that it was pregnant? And in the orangutan shelter, a series of stories, such as if the hired worker with the anesthesia gun fired (he should have fired), the story is completely different. But the protagonist's halo is understandable. The circus orangutan, who has never received injections, can communicate with the protagonist on the level of human intelligence, even if he knows sign language. When the orangutans fled, the human armament was too weak, and the orangutan's abilities were too great. They jumped into the helicopter with one jump. This is considered the protagonist's army light. The dedication and collaborative ability of the entire ape army is about to become the revolutionary team shown in the revolutionary movie.

As a sci-fi movie, this movie is not bloody, and there is no disgusting scene. It is worthy of praise.

A high-IQ orangutan can’t be hurt, a Shawshank orangutan can’t be hurt, a jail-break ape can’t be hurt, a brave heart ape can’t be hurt, and an orangutan with Zhang Fei, Guan Yu and Zhuge Liang can’t be hurt! ---- Feelings of the gorilla uprising

  • Maurice: [to Caesar in sign language] Why coockie Rocket?

Caesar: [to Maurice in sign language and breaking and bundling sticks] Ape alone... weak. Apes together... strong.

Maurice: [to Caesar in sign language as they observe chimps beating each other and stop] Apes stupid.

  • Will Rodman: Caesar. I'm sorry. This my fault. This has to stop. This isn't the way, you know what they're capable of. Please come home. If you come home, I'll protect you.

Caesar: [looks at the apes and to Will] Caesar is home.
