The logic of the movie

I have to say that this is a logical question. But the minority report, the loopholes in the so-called crime prevention system, feels difficult to reflect in this movie. The male protagonist wants to reverse the case for himself, so he hijacks the female prophet to find the minority code on her, but he sees the female prophet. Repeatedly repeat the scene of his mother's murder. Perhaps this is the so-called leak, the real murderer is at large, and the owner of the system took advantage of this so-called "minority report" to commit murder. Finally, the rationality of the system was overturned, and everyone was happy.
