"Our family doesn't raise cowardly sheep", this looks more like Clint Eastwood's family motto. So, under his lens, a tough guy like him came out, driving a pickup and wearing jeans, half of his face covered by the brim of a cowboy hat. This is an anti-war film about war. When you talk to your comrades about the ring he bought for your fiancée, a bullet makes him swallow the second half of the sentence. This is what Eastwood wanted to say Yes, just like in "Iwo Jima Two Steps". It is a pity that the hero did not die on the battlefield, and what makes people sad is the randomness and happiness when bidding farewell to his family. He can't walk like Eastwood in "Classic Cars", and that result is exactly what he always wanted. Even in the World Anti-Fascist War, Eastwood still dared to describe the damage caused by the war to both sides. After all, it is history. I don't know how people would think if he treats terrorism in this way. Fortunately, the enemy in this film is not terrorism, but the war itself. This devil tortured soldiers on the battlefield, and is equally lingering in front of the TV in their own living room. Terrible to the extreme.
