Back then Steven Spielberg turned John Hammond’s unopened park into a blood-splattered prophecy. In the
pouring rain, the audience watched the characters one by one I lost my life in the "products" I developed.
Visually, the exquisite animations and props dinosaurs satisfy the bloodthirsty and curious mentality, and
emotionally, the backlash of man-made objects is leaning on the development of science and technology. The presumptuous humans slapped the face, and the
last group fled in a panic. Instead, the Creator was driven away from the paradise by the creation. The
vague religious irony made the audience's heart terror continue beyond the play,
and the huge double door leading to the park was renewed. No chance to open up.
After 22 years,
the children who were screaming in the movie theater went out of society. The
teenagers
became a family and their parents were very old. When they learned that Universal Pictures had decided to restart the series,
all of the Velociraptor team and the Hybrid Dragon King suddenly became clouds,
yes. For a
viewer who rewinded "Jurassic Park" (Jurassic Park) VHS over and over again and watched the water glass shake, jelly shake, and the jeep dropped, what he
most looked forward to was seeing it again. The huge "King Kong" (King Kong)-style double doors opened,
allowing spectators who hadn't entered the park at all to be able to play the game worth the price this time.
So when my brother took the light rail through the gate,
accompanied by the rhythm of John Williams' immortal "Journey to the Island",
I was already wet.
For this point alone, I think that the little-known new director, Colin Trevorrow, actually understands what the audience wants,
saying that he can incite emotions or show off nostalgia,
but at least he knows that after 22 years of expectation, what the audience wants to see is Whatever,
whether it’s going through the gate and entering the paradise;
or the kid opened the hotel curtains and through the glass to guide the audience to see the panoramic view of the paradise;
or using the Tyrannosaurus feeding show to make the carnivorous raptor out of control appear under control,
compared to For viewers who are new to the series, what
Colin Trevorrow throws is actually those who have watched "Jurassic Park" that year will be more emotionally sentimental.
But after I sold out my feelings, I returned to "Jurassic World" itself. The
title of the film confidently pulled the scale from "park" to "world".
In addition to the upgrade of the show area’s equipment and the increase in dinosaur types,
can the film last? Can afford the name?
I feel very sorry that
Colin Trevorrow has not surpassed Steven Spielberg 22 years ago in every respect.
From the plot point of view, the film has completely gone back to the old stereotypes of the first episode, the
spectacle of dinosaurs, get out of control, save the children, face the enemy in the representative buildings of the park, and finish.
Opening of the park or not for a disaster basically did not play any difference,
even with the blessing of high-tech thermal sensor, GPS, advanced construction engineering methods, such as a full range of monitors,
still no match for the management of panic and required (because the script The deliberately lowered IQ
makes people wonder whether all the funds have been injected into cruise ships, hotels, and hamster glass carts,
making the security system fall behind to a third-rate level that cannot be trusted without visual inspection.
With the paper-tied iron gate duang being hit by the unruly and indulgent emperor dragon,
then...there is no more...the
plot and concept presentation can basically come to an end here, the
rest is just a paragraph of mammals The process of being looted,
but how good would it be if only mammals were looted?
The second half of Steven Spielberg's "Jurassic Park" was also simple,
but it still did not compromise the excitement of the process.
It’s a pity that "Jurassic World" is unwilling to do this. It has
to insert the boring part of "
Weaponization of Dinosaurs" in the second half of the hunt. Except for the person in the play, it cannot resonate with the audience. I
asked Vincent D'Onofrio to play this. The role of the villain as soon as he appears is undoubtedly spoiled.
Just like the scientist who insisted on remixing various genes on the dinosaurs in the play,
"Jurassic World" wanted too much in the plot, but the gains outweighed the losses, and
the simple and powerful nature of the adventure story was forgotten.
In the gimmick, the film features two highlights,
one of which is the hybrid dragon king Indominus Rex.
The dialogue between the characters in the play about the attractiveness of dinosaurs is actually a self-referential reference to the movie itself, such
as "Cloverfield", "Pacific Rim", and "Godzilla". Previously, when the
monsters continued to be bigger, stronger, and more teeth, the
audience was still interested in the simple "dinosaur" itself.
Not only the people in the film, but perhaps even the producer, Universal Pictures, did not dare to determine,
so they simply gave up. The established dinosaur impression in the original series,
Directly tell the audience that we are going to come to the magic change this time, and do not
hesitate to arouse the audience's curiosity with the usual methods of B-level movies.
It turns out that this move was not as bad
as expected. Unlike the catastrophic consequences of the film, "Jurassic World" has a very good box office, and it
only hit the total revenue of the larger monster movies above in just one week.
In the plot, Indominus Rex is not particularly abrupt in the whole context. The
reason is that Dr. Wu (54-year-old horrified skin age, cross-border beauty brand with the same name) explained that
he said, you said I am a fake dragon king. , But every dinosaur in the park is not "real". In the
first episode, Mr. DNA said that because the blood in the amber is defective,
the frog's gene must be used to fill in the blank genetic sequence,
so the audience and some of the characters in the film think When I saw a showdown between “true and false” dinosaurs, the
facts were not true.
No matter how clever the geneticists in the park were, they never produced “real dinosaurs” from beginning to end,
so what they saw was actually It's just a technology showdown between the old and new generations. The
traditional romantic confrontation is a trendy gimmick.
In the end, the victory of the old Tyrannosaurus was expected.
It represented the audience's established impression of the dinosaurs,
and even the "real" appearance of the dinosaurs in the minds of some audiences
. In such a tribute work, the
old-school value Naturally, the victory is inevitable.
(But in the end, the dragon came out and the finishing knife became a superfluous pen, hey.) The
second highlight is Owen, the master of how to train the dragon.
The reason why "Jurassic Park" was so self-contained was
that the dinosaurs in the film were not just drooling monsters.
Instead, it looks like a "character" under Steven Spielberg's interpretation,
such as the naughty Dilophosaurus, the two velociraptors sneaking open the door, and the Tyrannosaurus rex,
which is like a savior, or "Jurassic Park: The Lost" In "World", watching the young dragons kill the villain and gratifying female dragons, etc., it’s
not that they are so wise,
but Steven Spielberg uses a very dramatic way to express these creatures,
making them look like they are. It's playing against the character.
And "Jurassic World" is even more prosperous, even the name is taken together,
Owen even brought a section of Riding with the Dragon, which is enough for characterization.
However, adding humanity to the Velociraptor makes the plot lack a clear main axis. The
first two episodes of the series spent a lot of time on "Life finds a Way",
emphasizing that dinosaurs will always break through the restrictions imposed by humans. Such as adjusting gender, setting up power grids, etc.,
this episode slapped the argument through "How to train the dragon".
Even though Owen expressed great disagreement with the weaponization of the Velociraptor, the
film did not address why he was tame. Long has more to elaborate.
Regarding whether the dinosaurs can be tamed, the film’s position continues to repeat.
At first, Owen succeeded in making the Velociraptor obedient. It seems feasible to train the dragon, but the details still need to work hard; the
hybrid dragon king yelled a few words and made the Velociraptor betray,
No! It turns out that it is not feasible to train dragons. It is just human wishful thinking. Love is too deep and hurts too much. At the
last critical juncture, Owen and the dragon are looking at each other affectionately
.
The inability to take a clear stand makes these paragraphs lose the possibility of deeper meaning in addition to topicality.
I even hope to stop at the time when the
velociraptor is instigated by the hybrid dragon king, and slap the human who thinks he can control life,
but compared to this, it is obvious that the filmmakers and directors want the audience to see it, which
is loyalty. Geng Geng, a slightly cute dinosaur in the cool and handsome. (Good selling toys?)
"Jurassic World" not only takes care of the feelings of the old audience,
but also does not forget to continue to serve fresh dishes.
For the restart of the series, it is already full of sincerity.
However, the failed plot description and the empty core of value
also made it seem not enough to stand in front of the words "Grand Opening."
But at least, this time there is no Raptor to speak (thank God).
