A democratic system cannot allow small groups of heroes to exist. The goal of democracy is to provide an environment where everyone can become a hero. Therefore, the mutants can only get the chance of survival if they fight with each other and consume as little as the democratic system can tolerate.

Similar to the second one, the final large-scale teamfight was pretty good-looking.
