At the beginning of the film, a man with disheveled hair, Wu Daxiu, found a man who wanted to jump off the building, so he grabbed him, didn't let him jump, and told his own story. Fifteen years ago, this shaggy-haired man entered the police station because of a trivial matter. He was very upset because it was his daughter's birthday and he bought a pair of angel wings as a gift for his daughter.
