this legend about pirates happened in the 17th century, Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) It was the popular pirate captain of the Caribbean Sea. He followed the advice of First Mate Barbosa (Jeffrey Rush) and was robbed of his beloved pirate ship "Black Pearl". Not to mention, he was also thrown at The island fends for itself. After a lapse of the next year, he came to a coastal town in an attempt to "requisition" the navy sailing ship, but was arrested by the navy for saving Elizabeth (Keira Knightley) who accidentally fell into the water.
Since Barbossa snatched the "Black Pearl" from Jack, he and his men have all been under an ancient curse. Whenever the moon shines on them, they will become a gang of people. Jack Sparrow: [grins] Thank goodness for that because if I wasn't, this'd probably never work.
Cutler Beckett (Seeing Jack aim the cannon at him): You are crazy!
Jack Sparrow (with a split mouth smile): Thank God, because if I were not crazy, I might never let you experience the fear of being bombarded.
4. Barbossa: There was a time when a pirate was free to make his own way in the world. But our time is comin' to an end. Our enemies are united; they vow to destroy us. The Pirate Lords from the four corners of the Earth, must stand together.
Barbersa: The pirates used to survive in this world in their own way, but our age is coming to an end, our enemies are united together, and they want to destroy us. The big pirates from the four directions of the east, south, west and north of the earth must temporarily put aside their prejudices and fight together.

Jack Sparrow: And the I OWE Them All Money.
