Everyone finds their place in society. This is what I felt after watching the first season of Breaking Bad.
The actor Walter was originally a high school chemistry teacher, occasionally working in a car repair shop. There is a son who is slightly mentally handicapped and has a handicapped leg. Live a bleak life. Not only that, according to the plot, Walter seemed to be born in research, but the research results were stolen by another partner, and even his girlfriend became the partner's wife. He is really an honest man who can't see the future. It's such an honest person, what a disaster it would be when he learned that he was suffering from advanced lung cancer.
However, as Walter said to Hank in the second season, "Before, I always didn't sleep well, and I didn't know how I would spend it tomorrow. But after knowing that I had cancer, I could sleep well every day and feel the whole Everyone is calm.” Similarly, after the initial anger and irritation, Walter quit his part-time job and burned a car of a customer of the car repair shop, and found peace in his heart. In order to leave enough money for his family to live on, he found Pinkman, his former student of small drug dealers, and worked with him to make the purest methamphetamine. It doesn't matter if he is put to death and reborn, it doesn't matter if he has found a clear goal. In short, at this point, Walter has started to have his own position.
From the pursuit of high purity in drug manufacturing, to the fight with the big drug dealers, Pinkman even instructed Pinkman to melt one of the big drug dealers. From fighting wits with the big drug lord butcher, to escaping from the kidnapping of the butcher. Walter unknowingly gained a foothold in this drug trafficking ecosystem. Good goods, brave and business-minded, this is the impression of him from the small drug dealer below.
In the latter part of the first season, Walter's sudden wit and courage were indeed amazing. If I were to say that the scene that impressed Walt the most in the first season, I am afraid that Walter, who has shaved his head, walked out from the base of the smoking butchery with what he should take. At that moment, Walter's previous image of Vonnon was completely overturned. Sometimes, people have to be stimulated and forced to stimulate their own potential, and then gradually find confidence in these potentials that have begun to bubble.
The beauty of "Breaking Bad" lies in the fact that there are only a few episodes in a season, but in retrospect I feel that the amount of information is really huge. Although it is a murky film, it attracts people to watch it all the time. This film has negative and positive meanings. For me, its biggest meaning is to tell me not to wait until the end to find my place.
Regardless of the plot, I like the title and shooting angle of the show. The title is the periodic table of the elements and the chemical equations of methamphetamine, which is very relevant and a bit lofty. Every episode shot was like a movie, without a word of verbosity, and the sceneries were quite atmospheric, especially the scenes where drugs were made in the wild.
It is said that when the show started looking for a production radio station, it bumped into walls everywhere. Finally found a good owner and made a blockbuster movie. It can be considered to be moral.
