The scene is really much better than the first one. A female doctor who could not get married waited for her boyfriend for two years and was finally brought home by her boyfriend to see her parents, but indirectly killed her mother-in-law. The female doctor is still a rotten girl, pretending to be in a coma and peeking at her boyfriend and her uncle.
