Where does the evil in human nature come from?

Is the evil side of human nature entirely due to the influence of the acquired environment? I doubted it after watching this movie. Xiaodouzi (the late Xiaobawang) at such a young age, it is so natural to take pleasure in murder. This may be related to the environment of his childhood, but more of it is probably his nature. Otherwise, how to explain that A Pao (photographer) still remains kind in the same environment.
After thinking about this, I also remembered the news that I saw a few days ago, the little girl elevator falling baby incident ( http://news.163.com/13/1204/23/9F9OVLLR00011229.html ). If someone is born to be evil, it really makes people shudder, because innate things can hardly be changed.
Also, this movie inspired me to continue learning photography. I studied for a while before, but recently let go of it.

"Which is more suitable for miracles than the City of God?" The first half of this movie is good, exposing the cruelty of the slums, and the second half of it exposes the corruption of the police and the government. It is estimated that the city of God has become brutal. The reason. In the last segment, Xiaobawang’s younger brother killed Xiaobawang. This may indicate that cruelty and war will not stop in an environment like a slum. This is the most desperate thing. Is the city of God a city forgotten by God, or is this the true face of God?

The strongest editing in history, "Pulp Fiction" has to be willing to go down when it encounters it! The first time I came into contact with Brazilian movies, I was really amazed~~
