What a cliffhanger at the end of the movie! By not reading the book, every twist in Catching Fire came at me as complete surprises, and I can now understand why the series has become such a hit because of a very solid storyline and a surprisingly deep moral. It is rather weird, or ironic to watch a revolutionary film such as this in China, but the film did illicit the revolutionist in me at certain points. Unlike the first movie, the game and the rest of the story actually seems relevant now, and we become more emotionally tied to the characters and plot line while the characters are fighting for their lives. Now I'm really psyched for the next instalment of the series!
