The director used a long foreshadowing to express, nothing more than human dreams and reality. As long as the dream is a little less beautiful, or the reality is a little less desperate, there will not be such a strong and cruel contrast to make the whole world collapse.
This kind of theme is not new, and the director's expression can be considered extreme and thorough. However, for people like me who have been living smoothly and happily in the present, I can understand the theme of this film, but I can't get too much infection, and I can't get too much psychological shock. I think it's like watching "The Moment". Only those who really feel, or have felt that kind of despair, will devote themselves to this kind of movie and see it as a sign of their soul.
In the end, maybe professionals seem to express montage very well, I also think it is awesome, but this kind of processing is really blurred when people look at it, dizzy with discomfort, nausea, sadness, despair, etc. The physical nausea that this film arouses to me exceeds the spiritual enjoyment that the theme brings.
So three points.
PS: With this theme, this content and this technique, I think the book will definitely look better. Just like "A Hundred Years of Solitude", as long as it is not in the form of words, it will not make me cry.
