A brief analysis of I am a legend double ending

I believe many people say that it is unfinished and do not know that this is a double ending.
In the first ending, the ending is "perfect". Although the ending is good, there is nothing to say about this ending, just to cater to the general public.
In the second finale, Will Smith heard the voice from "God" and the phrase that the last daughter got on the plane, of course it was fake. So I checked the subject and found that there are two possibilities for her: one is the protagonist’s daughter, and immunity is a good explanation for the problem; the other is a metaphor, the subject’s "love" with the Daredevil can find that the subject is not bad. There is a bit of human characteristics, both of which can explain why she has become better. And finally reached an agreement with the leader to live together peacefully. The final scene is the trio looking for other humans together. There is no human gathering place in this ending.
The first ending looked good on the surface, everyone was happy, and humanity was saved. The protagonist is also a hero, suitable for ordinary people and business.
The second ending completely extinguished the hope of mankind. Not to mention that the test body was fake, and there was no gathering place for mankind. If only three people are left to search for human gathering places that may not exist, it is also considered to leave hope, at least people are still alive, right? But the plot is more reasonable and the depth is better. I also like the second ending.
Seeing that I am Legend 2 news, I really want to shoot the lower part, it should be done according to the second ending. It feels like the three of them actually found the human gathering place, but they were also destroyed. It is hard to say whether it is destroyed when it is gone or destroyed when it is gone. Look forward to the next step.
