What touched me more in the first season was Dany's story line. I have been wondering if she really fell in love with Zogo, was assimilated by Dothraki culture, or was disappointed with her brother and tried to protect herself. At one point I thought she was the one who killed Zhuo Ge. If it hadn't been for her kindness and persistence to leave the witch, Zhuo Ge would not fight against the people in order to protect her, he would not be injured, and there would be no setbacks afterwards. Ka Lixi was gaining power, as long as Zhuo Ge is still as mighty as ever, as long as her son is born smoothly, the good life can continue. The death of Zogo caused Dany to lose her child and the army of Dothraki barbarians; on the other hand, if Zogo did not die, she would not hatch the dragon egg in the fire, and became brave and strong because of independence and helplessness. The words of the witch must have reminded her that sometimes, "death" does not mean "death" when the head falls and the heart stops beating. Stupid kindness is not desirable. Fortunately, Dani has the loyal Jora and a handful of remnants of Karratha, plus three dragons, and the road ahead is still long.
In the Seven Kingdoms, Ned's death was also a major turning point. The head fell to the ground only because of Joffrey's whim. At the beginning of the story, everything was peaceful, the North Stark family was in harmony, and there was nothing wrong with King's Landing. As a result, at the end of the play, the family was destroyed, and the royal family became enemies.
