The plot of the whole film is not established!
There is a major flaw in the plot of this film.
When I first watched it, I always expressed my incomprehension about the resurrection of the dead, until finally Holmes explained why he didn't hang himself by hanging a belt.
So, as a fan of Sherlock Holmes, here comes my question.
Where did the scar on the neck go after hanging up?
Or is Dr. Watson a pure quack?
The younger brother only knows some simple common sense, such as knowing that there will be strangle marks on the neck after hanging, and it is at the bottom of the mandible and not in the middle of the neck. In severe cases, the neck bone will dislocate due to weight. Moreover, the strangulation can cause congestion, which cannot be removed after death. This congestion can be judged by simple and careful observation. So why did Dr. Watson not find out during the autopsy? You must know that he is not a student who has just left medical school, but a person who has seen blood in Afghanistan. I can't understand his misjudgment at all.
Even if the dead body can be imitated by drugs, this scar is always unavoidable. What's more, Holmes himself is a master of criminal investigation and forensic science. He shouldn't be troubled by such a simple trick.
If this fake death is seen through, then all the following plots will be over. What about inference films?
Holmes' novel will tell you all the key conditions, and then you can reason on your own. Conan must hide the key conditions and listen to his story. So I love Sherlock Holmes. But what about this movie? It really broke an idol in my heart...
Please, Hollywood. Commercial films are more rigorous, don't let the detective become Rambo!
(If there is a mistake in the forensic forensics, please correct me, don't wrong the good film)
