I finally got down yesterday, and my heart was surging. I saw it this morning and I was very disappointed after reading it. Of course, the greater the expectation, the greater the disappointment. I originally wanted to play poorly, but later I felt that I expected too much to be equivalent to wearing tinted glasses, so I gave it a okay.
First of all, this film is certainly not a hard science fiction. The sci-fi movies I like are still a bit harder, of course, too hard and can't stand it. However, "Source Code" looked at the name and wanted to play with the concept of computer. As a result, it talked about quantum mechanics, and the hippocampus had a concept of eight minutes. Although it's a bit of a joke, commercial sci-fi movies are all in this way. But Duncan Jones is a little disappointed when he is so strong and so inferior.
Regarding the interpretation of the plot, I originally wrote a lot, but suddenly I realized that it didn't mean anything. Everyone was almost discussing it. My point of view is that every time I enter a parallel world, because it uses the remaining eight minutes, it can only start from eight minutes before the explosion. The final discovery is not limited to eight minutes, nor does it collapse with the death of the protagonist in the initial world, the protagonist will live happily with the beauty in that parallel world as Sean.
As for the happy scene in front of the two-person big egg that flashed every time and the female officer in the parallel world received the mail thoughtfully, it is that we usually use the parallel world to explain the feeling of deja vu. The time axis of the parallel world may not be synchronized.
In general, science fiction has passed. I think Chinese fans have a very good interpretation of the film with a little room for discussion in the plot. It is very lively and easy to understand. But a movie is not a thesis. Everyone may have a different perspective. Some ideas are instructive even if the main creator is not interesting at all. So when I came up and said that others didn't understand me at all, I could only say that I was a idiot.
Passing is a pass, but it's really clichéd. I thought it would be a little tricky in the clichés, but the progress of the plot and the creation of suspense are even below the standard. It was a bit tricky to send Colter to find the bomber setting within eight minutes from a car, and it could be repeated over and over again. An analogy is like the fun of some detective fiction fans: follow the detective with a detective case, try to analyze it, and when the detective finds it, what should you do if you fail to find it? Turn back and look again, paying attention to every detail, trying to find the real culprit. What should I do if it doesn't work? Come again! The fun of detective novel fans could not be reproduced in the movie, but the setting of the film is just right. It is so good, and it has a more sense of participation than ordinary detective films.
It turned out to be impossible, because Colter was a fool. Forgive me for being so blunt. The military has put millions of lives in your hands for spending money and effort. You waste your time and don’t say anything. Every time you get on the train, you will be suspicious, then you will grab the bag and beat people, and then find out. Wrong, and then you're stupid. It’s a little bit technical, so dear~ As soon as these two products are released, I want to see meticulous reasoning and startling at every step.
Let's talk about the emotional part that touched many people. The relationship between father and son is okay, stylized and slightly abrupt. The love with that beauty is completely nonsense. First of all, Colter fell in love with her, and he wanted to do it again to save her. Of course, considering his second nature, it may be because of his beautiful appearance. But if you think about it from Sean's point of view, it's tantamount to letting someone kill, and then you get on his body and fuck his girlfriend. Then when you see these two people kissing deeply, you are still moved rather than creepy, you can only say that you are inhumane.
The only suspense part is the decryption of Colter's identity, and he did a good job. Although he didn't exert too much effort and the suspense is not strong, it can be said to be the director's style. But it can't hold up the whole film.
Someone compares the source code with Inception. Obviously, it is not in the same class. Inception is not a great science fiction, but the victory lies in the complicated plot, interesting enough but not chaotic, and the interpretation is clear. The source code is not complex enough and old-fashioned. And the main creator of Inception also knows that as a commercial film, visual effects are also very important, so Nolan’s elaborately designed revolving corridor fights, and the source code suspense science fiction is average, and there are no good-looking fight support scenes, I really think It's normal to see you fall asleep. The explosion screen that has been broadcast several times, the level of special effects is definitely not good until 2011.
In general, science fiction is improvised, and the rest are unqualified. Fortunately, I was looking forward to it day and night, thinking that Duncan Jones was able to enter the room. Not only was it no better than a second-rate sci-fi, but it was actually not a bit difficult under the reputation, but it was a bit disgusting.
