This film is wonderful enough to watch it backwards. The director is really clever.
The most basic and most important of editing and assembling skills is to rely on the understanding and mastery of human thinking patterns and observation methods, being able to reverse, assembling, and assembling without guaranteeing that one’s thoughts will collapse, and the story can be told clearly and wonderfully. It is really rare to have one result and multiple inducements.
I have only seen two stories about short-term amnesia, one is first love fifty times, and the other is memory fragments. The former is a purely romantic comedy, while the latter takes full advantage of all the characteristics and magic of this disease to interpret a revenge story.
It's really not my style not to read other reviews before and after watching a movie, but I didn't watch it this time.
But it can be guessed that there must be many interpretations of this movie.
At the beginning of the film, I believe that Teddy was killed by mistake. Of course, the suspense film is very unreliable with pure belief. Lenny repeated at least three times in the film that someone was misleading me to kill.
But seeing the end of the film, Lenny’s words made people sweat. I began to wonder if he killed his wife to get revenge, then pulled in a bunch of people and things, and then this "idiot" who only had five minutes of memory played around. Everyone.
If you believe that Teddy is right, Lenny has already killed the murderer, just because the memory storage is too small, in order to keep himself from being mentally empty, he keeps looking for other murderers in order to continue his survival.
Speaking of this, I suddenly thought of one other thing.
If memory is purely perceptual, then Lenny's records of everything after his amnesia are purely rational.
He only had one time when he was irrational, that is, when he burned the semi-nude photos of his smile, and said, Teddy, I can do this for you.
Why do you say that?
People always have a purpose for revenge. It cannot be said that this person is a Scorpio, so he was born for revenge, so what exactly did Teddy do? It is worth letting him judge this person: He lied.
I don't know. I dragged the progress bar for a long time and didn't find this clue.
But it can be believed that living purely emotionally or purely rationally is a very terrible thing.
I remember telling others before that if a person has a bad memory, it means that he is suitable for survival, because not remembering the past is to free up more brain capacity to think about the present, and the existence in the past but related to the present Thing.
The problem with Lenny is that he doesn't remember the present, but only remembers the past and has nothing to do with the present, and emphasizes to himself that this memory is not only related to the present, but also related to the truth of the entire universe and the entire world.
I don't know who is right and who is wrong, maybe it doesn't matter whether it is right or wrong, he has killed another one anyway.
At the 38th point of the film, there is a gang-dressing episode. Since Lenny can only remember things for a few minutes, he and Natalie slept and read silently, got up, saw the photos of Natalie and Jamie, and turned out that he was Natalie. The photos taken, the process took more than a few minutes, how could he remember who Natalie was and write notes on the back of the photos?
Please understand the mystery and help me answer it. Thank you for
reading other people's analysis before you know that Lao Tzu wrote a dick! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
(1:29:55)! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Why didn't I see such a critical clip?
So it should be like this:
Lenny's wife was raped, but he did not die, but he lost his memory because of a fight with the robber.
The wife didn't want to believe that, in order to test, let him give herself insulin, but Lenny killed his wife personally.
He spliced the rape and death of his wife in the nursing home, thinking that his wife was raped and killed.
Teddy is a policeman. In order to embezzle money for drug trafficking, he used Lenny to give him information, let him find a non-existent wife murderer, and let Lenny accidentally kill Jamie.
Fearing that Natalie (which is also a bitch) would let Lenny know the truth, Teddy lied to let Lenny stay in the hotel and called him by disguising himself as the detective.
The result was still exposed and killed by Lenny.
The story is really round, and the connection is so perfect!
