Some thoughts on Anakin Skywalker's gorgeous turn

I just finished watching 6 movies last night. I want to say a few words about the transformation of Anakin Skywalker.

Fundamentally, I personally feel that the transformation of Anakin Skywalker is inevitable to some extent. The emotions of fear, anger, evil, and pain were already doomed when Anakin was a slave.

Yoda once said that fear leads to anger, anger leads to hatred, and hatred leads to pain. Those who have watched American drama criminal minds or some psychological analysis know that what happened in childhood will be accompanied by a person’s lifelong thoughts. Think about the things that you can’t forget when you were a kid. I remember the person’s name and appearance clearly). In the words of Hannibal Lecter in "The Silent Lamb," these dark emotions are the lamb that keeps screaming inside Anakin, making Anakin sleepless at night. In other words, the dark factor has been flowing in Anakin's blood, and there is no way to remove it. And like Luke, a childhood without pain, the will to fight against the dark is much stronger when he grows up, but it is precisely because Luke does not have the kind of training in childhood, his personal charm is far inferior to Anakin.

With this fundamental reason, it is not difficult to analyze Anakin's transformation. With these things in the body, people will seek liberation. This is human instinct. It's like Xiao Shengeng desperately searching for his own life experience, and Ted Bundy constantly killing people. When you look at Anakin as an adult, it is obvious that there is always an emotion of anger in Anakin, which is the easiest to perceive, and fear and pain can only be revealed at a certain time. He was angry that the elders looked down on himself, did not trust himself, and always wanted to stand out and surpass all Jedi masters.

The way of liberation here is already obvious. In Anakin's view, ability and power are the ways of liberation, and controlling everything is the way of liberation. In fact, think about yourself. When you are powerless to do something, don't you want to have greater abilities and strength...

Of course, this kind of psychology is not enough to make Anakin turn to the Sith, and Padmé Naberrie Amidala is also the key. It acts as a catalyst, making Sith's temptation even more irresistible.

In summary, from the perspective of external factors, the following points contributed to Anakin’s transformation:

1. Childhood pain, witnessing the death of his mother,

2. Sith’s temptation

3. The fear of death brought by love, I

believe that this The role of several points in the process of transformation is from large to small.

First of all, the pain of childhood and witnessing the death of his mother are the source of the dark side of Anakin's body. This is the most fundamental thing that contributes to change, that is, fear, anger, evil, and pain. For the dark force, even the light force cannot be controlled, so it is even more terrifying. This reminds me of the Nine Yin Scriptures and the Nine Yin White Bone Claws. For the Nine Yin Scriptures, people with insufficient internal strength can easily get into trouble, but those who have practiced the Nine Yang Scriptures are still okay. The Dark Force is a hundred times more terrifying than Jiuyin White Bone Claw.

Secondly, the dark force of the Sith lure. Just like the Lord of the Rings and Dark Lord Sauron eager to discover each other, the dark side and the dark force in Anakin are attracted to each other, and eager to be discovered by the other party, this Anakin's reason and light force are simply beyond control. Imagine that even without the lure of Sith, if there is a power in the future that can make Anakin strong enough to control everything, will he be lured by this power? I think it will. Because in the film you will find Anakin feel depressed everywhere, once you can break through this depression, he will definitely do it. Speaker Palpatine had long seen the dark side of Anakin's heart and used it. It was only later that Speaker Palpatine was known as the Sith Emperor, and it directly shattered Anakin's worldview, which made Anakin so contradictory and made the third reason so important.

The third reason is the fear of death caused by love. When a person wants to make a contradiction with what he has learned, he always has to find a suitable reason. For Anakin, this reason is love, and the power of love needless to say, so that makes Anakin lose his mind. If there were only the first two reasons, Anakin's transformation would definitely not be so rapid. When he thought of Padmé's death, he saved the Sith the Great, put Windu to death, and completely completed a gorgeous turn.

I think the first reason is the most important and there will not be too many objections, but for the latter two reasons, many people may think that the fear of death caused by love is more important than the temptation of Sith. I don't think so. The powerful dark force is the source, and the fear of death caused by love is just a catalyst, not a necessary condition. Imagine if there were only the first and third reasons, but not the second, Anakin would not fall to the Dark Force. But if there is no third reason, but there is the lure of the dark force, I think Anakin will eventually fall to the dark force. Before Anakin knew that Speaker Palpatine was the Sith Emperor and realized the Dark Force, Anakin was already very dissatisfied with the Presbyterian Church. The Light Force could hardly control Anakin. The transformation of Anakin was only a matter of time. All he needed was a stimulus. source.

Anakin originally had dark blood flowing in his body, and it was not uncommon to confess to his conscience in the name of love at this time. As for the final killing of the Sith Emperor and saving Luke, it only means that he is still alone. Anakin is the most full-figured character in Star Wars, and all kinds of contradictions are displayed most vividly in him.

Also talk about the Jedi and the Sith. I personally think that Lucas uses them to represent democracy and dictatorship. Lucas once said that "Star Wars 3: Revenge of the Sith" can be regarded as a "fable" for current American politics. When he started to create the "Star Wars" series of films in the 1970s, he thought of Vietnam and Nixon, ancient Rome and Caesar, and how "democracy" evolved into "dictatorship." "It seems to follow the same law. External threats require increased control, while democracy cannot function normally due to internal fighting. I hope this situation will never happen in our country. Perhaps this film will make people feel about this danger. Be vigilant."

In fact, I think when Lucas wrote the script, he must have thought of the founding of the United States, the Declaration of Independence, and the American Civil War. Even the whole script has a strong realistic ideal, I even feel that Sith is around (mitter...............500 words are omitted), when Sith is with you When you grow up, you can't live without the dark side. Even almost everyone who wants to become a Sith will be seduced by the dark force and master the powerful force. I think this is also the reason why many people feel so excited about seeing Sith's revenge.
