Jesse must be able to run an amusement park after two films in a row, only differences are this time there were hundreds of zombies who like to play hardcore-flesh-eating.
This film reminded me another thing, this year I have watched quite a few "untypical filme", like untypical alien film -district 9, untypical animation film-9, untypical romance film-(500) days of summer and here comes untypical zombie film, it is untypical because it was tyring to be hilliarious rather than horror. But do not get me wrong, the gore scenes are still there though.
Speaking of starring, Abigail Breslin (Little Rock) has surprisingly solid performace, regardless of how young and little she looks. And other 3 main characters all showed veteran performances, Jesse is like I said-flawlessly nerdy and insecure, Woody Harrelson played a typical redneck enjoy killing zombies for fun and revenge, and Emma Stone is just hot.
Even though the story line is supposed to be funny and the film indeed has several gore scenes. It is like a comedy based on the Resident Evil.
