As a fan of novels, I am disappointed

At the beginning of the movie, three Death Eaters raged in London, burning shops, arresting people, and destroying bridges. It was quite enjoyable. The huge flying long shot (although it was stitched) felt quite fierce, and it immediately surprised me. There seems to be a play.

Recall the days when I was lying on my bed holding "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" and had to finish reading before eating. It was more than eight years ago. At that time, I didn’t really like to read long stories. The Harry Potter series might be the only set of books that can accompany me to grow up. The rest, whether they are classics or popular, as long as they are slightly thicker, I am annoyed by it. Later, magical and fantasy literature began to overflow. I didn't like it or even touched it. Only Hogwarts was something I couldn't resist.

It's a bit far off, in fact, I just want to say that I look at this movie from the perspective of a fan of orthodox novels.

Presumably, the director must be very difficult when adapting. As Ms. Rowling writes thicker and thicker, the plot becomes more and more rich, and it is definitely not easy to make a choice, which I can imagine. However, the creators are obviously a little daunted and want to take it all over, but they are afraid that the fans of the novel will not be happy; they want to try to restore it, but the film is really limited in length, so it will definitely appear to be lengthy. In the end, they seem to have adopted a more compromised approach. They talk about all kinds of things, but they don't talk too much, just enough. However, in my opinion, this is not enough at all. It is just restless. The whole movie has no focus or even climax, and the vague narration may make audiences who have never read the novel confused.

This film is not ideal in many plot adaptations. The most dissatisfied part of this movie is the part in which Dumbledore was killed. According to the novel, this paragraph should be the climax, and according to my understanding, it should be the climax of the movie. Here, there should be a melee between the members of the Order of the Phoenix and the Death Eaters, and then there should be a memorial and funeral for Dumbledore. Perhaps the financial crisis caused the crew to give up their plan to shoot the melee, or the location did not allow the crew to make big moves due to the protection of cultural relics, or the director decided that the melee scene was difficult to control and decided to give up? Whether it was not filmed at all or it was useless, it was treated as if the entire school was an empty city, no one resisted and no one said no. The members of the Order of the Phoenix were probably dead or scared to hide under the blanket. come out. If you think about it carefully, the Order of the Phoenix is relatively neglected in the entire film. Most of the members did not appear, and the few who appeared were just showing their faces. The memorial to Dumbledore is very incomprehensible to me. It's like hundreds of people holding candles to watch the night, so boring. This should be a good opportunity for sensationalism, how could the director give up lightly?

Love has been exaggerated here, and it must be that love took the focus away and made this movie so dull. If it is love that makes the audience agree with it, at least it is a different kind of explanation of the protagonist’s personal issues. Love should be romantic, but no trace of romance can be seen in this movie. It's not romantic to just take pictures of the characters like oil paintings, put them on the golden rim, and blow the hair into a mess with the wind. Romance needs space for release and permeation, and love needs process.

In summary, the plot of the whole movie is unprepared and has no following. It is like the Auror killed by the Death Eaters in Hogwarts Castle, dead without beginning and end, without cause and effect. Almost all the passages are carried out in this rhythm, and in the end it becomes a large-scale portrait of a person, but the shot is really beautiful, like a portrait, with a very fanciful shape and a pretty cool action. Unfortunately, it is only suitable for printing on posters, not suitable for viewing on the screen.
