Put down the past and look forward

As soon as the killer came out, he asked: who i am i? This question set the tone of the film. This is a question and answer. The various anomalies of the killer caught my curiosity in just a few minutes, and made me want to read it and know his story.
In terms of editing, narrative rhythm, actors' acting skills, and plot, it is a great film no matter what. I especially like Jason Byrne. He is precise and ruthless when killing people, with superb methods, and he smiles so ordinary and so kind. Moreover, he has the heart of an ordinary person. He will be surprised to see the pistol in the safe, and will be moved when he sees the child.
For him, losing his memory may be a good thing. You can only start again if you lose the past. Before losing his memory, he was the perfect killer, a weapon worth 30 million. After losing his memory, he hurt others just for self-defense. Before, he was someone else, after that, he was himself. He just returned to himself.
Although this is a story of finding the past. But I'm thinking, maybe we don't need to care about the past at all, the past is over after all. Yes, from another perspective, even if we don't care, others may care. However, this may be because he is too special. As ordinary people, no one of us cares about our past, and the past is not important. Therefore, we have to look forward.
I saw his happy smile no longer entangled in the past. I am very satisfied.

  • The Professor: I work alone, like you. We always work alone.

  • Conklin: You're worried about a budget meeting? If we don't take care of this, we don't make it to the men's room. Is that clear enough for you? We will burn for this. We will both of us burn.
