Harmony civilization civilization war

Civilization is a disguise, and few people can see this clearly. After seeing that civilization is a kind of pretense, it is a rarer and more realistic understanding to deeply understand the role of civilization.

This is a passage written by a person while commenting on the film review of "Apocalypse Now". We have not experienced wars, and we cannot deeply understand wars. Human nature in wars is human nature. It can be said that war is the return of man to primitive, man, man, and animal. Primitiveness is relative to civilization. The civilization established by war seems to break away from the original impulse of mankind. All the rules, including laws, guarantee the existence and inheritance of civilization.

However, in war, this process of civilization and harmony vanishes, violence and killing are everything, and having weapons to ensure one's own safety is the most basic requirement. The meaning of survival that cannot be understood in civilization is the most basic creed here. Perhaps civilization itself is a kind of alienation of people in this world.

I didn't understand much about "Apocalypse Now", and I understood a little bit after reading something written by others. The definition of freedom, the meaning of war, and the yearning for peace have all undergone qualitative changes compared to the past understanding.

Freedom means that no one can restrain you. Nothing in behavior or thought can control you. In a civilized world, freedom is not unlimited freedom, but freedom based on constraints. I have no right to make an evaluation of civilization, but I recognize him, let me stay away from the fear of war, violence and killing, and let harmony become the mainstream. So we put more emphasis on freedom of thought. No one can judge you, nothing can measure you, only yourself.

Peace means that there is a glass of water in the desert. I grabbed it with you. I don't want to beat the blood. So I discussed with you that you are not allowed to grab it with your hands or your feet. Half of a person will die together. Peace needs rules, moral restraints, legal restraints, and orders. However, a thousand people have a thousand morals in their hearts, and the law is not so objective.

War is the competition of animals. Certain animals have guns, gun battles, nuclear weapons, nuclear wars. Yearning for peace is like an animal saying: I don’t want to be an animal, I want to be a God. Peace has created the illusion that we are God, and we are willing to maintain this illusion until we die. However, can the animal attributes deeply burned in human bones really be restrained?

The above-

mentioned nonsense justifications can't explain anything, but I have had a deep impression of watching the movie, so I just wrote it casually. I agree with the opening sentence. I would rather admit that civilization is a fake. Most of the time, if you imagine human nature too well, you will be disappointed. Knowing human nature from its roots, selfishness and perversion, don’t recognize it if you wear too many masks.

I watched the 202-minute extended version, and saw the second day... what does the last sentence of horror mean? Actually, I don't quite agree with that cult leader's point of view. That's not a lie, it's just a true expression of the traces of the heart.

The music is very good, whether it is the beginning of this is the end or the very long heartbeat at the back, it is very prominent...The film focuses on the detailed description of human nature. So the lens has many dark angles on the side of the person, and the natural light is half. Half dark and half light, it explains the good and evil of people. The war scenes are shocking enough. The distortion of human nature in the war is a problem reflected by the director. The dialogue is more preaching, but the movie is like a dream, grand and profound.

Apocalypse Now quotes

  • AFRS Announcer: [radio announcer] And now here's another blast from the past coming out to Big Cind, all alone in the men's room out there with the First Battalion, Thirty-fifth Infantry, and dedicated by the fire team at An Khe to their groupie CO, Fred the Head: The Rolling Stones' Satisfaction.

  • Willard: Everyone gets everything he wants. I wanted a mission, and for my sins, they gave me one. Brought it up to me like room service. It was a real choice mission, and when it was over, I never wanted another.
